1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ASCEND ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.

2. Description of Service

ASCEND provides an AI-powered appearance analysis tool and connects users with licensed telehealth providers for prescription-based optimization protocols. ASCEND does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or prescribe medications. All medical decisions are made by independent, licensed clinicians through our telehealth partner.

3. AI Rating Tool

The AI rating tool provides appearance scores and transformation simulations for informational and entertainment purposes only. Scores are generated by artificial intelligence and do not constitute medical assessments. AI-generated transformation images are simulations for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee specific results from any treatment or protocol.

4. Medical Services Disclaimer

ASCEND is not a healthcare provider. Medical services, including consultations, prescriptions, and medication fulfillment, are provided by independent licensed clinicians and pharmacies through our telehealth partner, CareValidate. All prescribing decisions are made solely by licensed healthcare providers based on their independent medical judgment.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies based on individual prescriptions from licensed providers.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid protocols are billed as monthly subscriptions through Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support. No long-term contracts are required. We accept major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards. No insurance billing is provided.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ASCEND. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Medical eligibility for specific protocols is determined by licensed clinicians during the medical intake process. Not all users will be eligible for all medications.

7. User Content and Photos

Photos uploaded to the AI rating tool are processed in real-time for analysis and are not permanently stored on our servers. By uploading photos, you grant ASCEND a limited license to process them through our AI analysis pipeline. You retain all rights to your photos.

8. Limitation of Liability

ASCEND is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI ratings, medical treatment outcomes, or adverse reactions to prescribed medications. Medical liability rests with the prescribing clinician and the fulfilling pharmacy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
